Rates & Charges


Minerva Virtual Office will quote your business a rate appropriate for the type of work you require. In all cases we will agree and confirm rates and the scope of work before beginning any assignment. Our rates vary according to what we will be doing and the length of the assignment.


Our charges are based on hourly rates for short and one-off assignments but contract or package rates are available for longer term commitments or for projects. There are no hidden charges - you simply pay an agreed all inclusive rate for our services. Travel expenses and materials are charged at cost.


Billing is done monthly and invoices are payable at 14 days. Occasionally we will ask for a deposit or advance payment from new clients. Payment can be made by cheque or BACS transfer to our bank.
